JALIYARNU YINTA PTY LTD (JY) is a new established business (100% Aboriginal owned). JY is a new entry business in mining, but the members are not – collectively they have over 40years across several operational mining elements – trades, processing and shipping operations, non-mining services, heritage, mentoring, employment, and training experience.
Jaliyarnu Yinta want the opportunity to progressively build its capacity to undertake works in their Kuruma Country by provision of services to clients in the mining and environmental sectors of Western Australia.
Jaliyarnu Yinta (JY) is a sacred waterhole that lays on the Jajiwura (Robe River). It is a recognized heritage area of the Kuruma people, the Bobby Family who are the custodians of the Jungarri area, are responsible to keep these places strong, protect and maintain their cultural responsibility – while doing business on country.
